Senior Manager of UA & Growth Marketing will drive growth and user acquisition efforts, overseeing P&L and executing high-impact strategies. You will lead, build, and develop our user acquisition direction, guiding both existing and upcoming game strategies. Your role combines creative marketing with data-driven optimization, aiming to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention while maximizing ROI. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align growth marketing initiatives with broader business goals, ensuring strategic impact and identifying new growth opportunities.
[Responsibilities]
- Develop and Lead User Acquisition Strategy: Own and continuously evolve the user acquisition strategy for both existing and upcoming games. Spearhead initiatives to experiment, test, and optimize new acquisition channels, strategies, and automation opportunities.
- Campaign Management and Optimization: Oversee and guide the team in planning, launching, monitoring, and analyzing mobile user acquisition campaigns. Ensure campaigns align with user acquisition, activation, and retention goals, leveraging data insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product roadmaps and revenue goals. Collaborate on integrated growth plans, leveraging insights from all departments to create cohesive strategies that drive user engagement and revenue.
- MarTech and Analytics: Optimize and oversee the marketing technology stack to support efficient campaign management and data-driven decision-making. Partner with the management team to provide performance KPIs, data-driven insights, and actionable forecasts to inform strategic initiatives and enhance campaign ROI.
- Campaign Execution and Optimization: Take direct ownership of executing and optimizing marketing initiatives across content, SEO, SEM, digital campaigns, and event marketing. Drive continuous learning and data-driven improvement by experimenting with innovative user acquisition and growth marketing tactics, aiming for maximum impact in user acquisition and engagement.
- Revenue Growth and Goal Setting: Define and set ambitious yet achievable goals for user acquisition, activation, and retention. Drive revenue growth by optimizing both self-service and traditional sales channels to meet business objectives and increase customer lifetime value.
[Qualifications]
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a specialization in demand generation, growth marketing, or e-commerce, particularly in the gaming industry.
- Extensive background in user acquisition (UA) performance marketing with a strong grasp of key performance metrics.
- Mobile game experience preferred.
- Proven experience managing and expanding strategic partnerships.
- Background in P&L management with a strategic, analytical, results-driven approach.
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading global UA campaigns and deep knowledge of essential digital marketing tools.
- Skilled in campaign development and execution, with a strong focus on SEO.
- Deep knowledge of online gaming and the broader gaming market.
- Extensive knowledge of the MMORPG genre and monetization of online, free-to-play games.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
